Features of FlexHorse Pad EVA - Relief

FlexHorse Pad EVA is an insole to add inside your Flex boots, with a double layer designed to provide softness, protection, and gentle support inside the Flex Boots.

It combines two densities of EVA for added comfort and gentle stimulation, making it an excellent option for horses with sensitive or thin hooves.

The insole has two sides:

- 4 mm soft EVA – maximum cushioning for sensitive hooves.

- 6 mm firmer EVA – light structural support and protection on uneven ground.

This combination reduces discomfort, distributes pressure more evenly, and improves comfort on hard or rocky surfaces.

Instructions for use

The sole can be used in two ways depending on the horse's needs:

Soft EVA facing down

Ideal for cushioning and protecting sensitive hooves.

Firm EVA facing down

Provides gentle stimulation and promotes natural sole development when the hoof is healthy and free from inflammation.

Each pad is available in one basic size and includes a template for cutting to size:

150 → fits all FlexHorse Classic boot sizes

145W → fits all FlexHorse Wide boot sizes

The insoles come with a template. Simply draw, cut, and adjust to get the exact size for your horse's hoof.

Care instructions

Rinse with warm water after use.

Leave to dry in a cool, well-ventilated place.

Regular hoof care will extend the life of the soles by reducing uneven wear.
