Easyshoe Speed Metal Trac

Speed Metal Trac easyshoes help to absorb shock and respect the natural mechanism of the hoof. Speed Metal Trac easyshoes are lightweight with a metal insert for extra foot support, with the added advantage of 3/8" threaded inserts allowing to add studs.

Using Easyshoes Speed Metal Trac

These shoes can be used in all disciplines: endurance, trail riding, dressage, show jumping, driving, western and many others...

They can also be used as orthopaedic shoes for horses with thin hooves, sensitive heels, cracks or slow growth.

• Easily modified: the shoe's material allows you to grate it, giving you the chance to make the best adjustments for your horse's feet. 
• Hybrid shoe: you can glue this shoe directly with the integrated tabs, or cut the tabs to broach the shoe.
• Shoe with threaded 3/8" stud inserts: new on this easyshoe, it includes 4 inserts for 3/8" studs !!

Gluing user guide :  

• Prepare your gluing accessories (the manufacturer recommends using "Adhere Vettec" glue or an acrylic glue such as "Shufit Glue-u") CAUTION: use the appropriate cannulas and guns for each glue... 
• Prepare the foot for gluing (trimming, sanding, stripping, torch, wire brush) 
• Place the shoe on your horse's foot
• Once the foot is in place, insert the glue into each of the holes in the shoe cuff
• Spread the glue evenly over the surface 
• Wrap the foot with the shoe in cling film

Instructions for nailing:  

• Cut the tabs on the sides of the iron
• Staple as for a conventional iron
