Easyshoe Impression Material (DIM)

DIM is ideal for adding extra comfort for your horse, it mimics the frog's density. It can be used before shoeing or even in a hoofboot.

Use for Impression Material

• Use DIM for extra support on the bottom of the foot between the sole and the shoe
• It allows the foot to function as if it were barefoot, where dirt packed in the sole and around the frog supports the bony column
• It can be used only around the frog region or all over the sole if support is needed
• EasyShoe Impression Material comes in 2 densities: Soft (Blue, 15A) and Medium (Pink, 25A) to be able to adapt for each situation

How to apply DIM

EasyShoe Impression Material comes in 2 parts, Part A and Part B.

• Mix the 2 parts together until the color is completely blended (make sure to take 2 equal parts). Your DIM is ready to use. 
• Apply a thrush preventative, such as Artimud
• Apply DIM to the sole as needed. The amount of DIM you apply will vary depending on the horse’s specific needs.
• Place your Easyshoe on the hoof. Put the hoof down - the horse will put weight on it and squeeze out any excess DIM
• Remove excess DIM

Packaging

DIM comes in 2 containers that should be mixed together. Each container is 1kg so 2kg total
